Entryway sends a small number of emails from notifications@email.entryway.ai to workspace members with a verified email address. You choose which kinds you receive.

What you can receive

Invitations to a workspace and messages about something you asked for are always sent. Billing emails, such as receipts, come from Stripe.

Turn emails on or off

  1. Open any email from Entryway and choose the email preferences link at the bottom.
  2. On Email preferences, turn each kind on or off under Emails you receive. Each change is saved straight away.
Most email apps also show an Unsubscribe button, which turns off that kind of email in one click. The preferences page opens only from a link in one of our emails. To change anything else, email support@entryway.ai.
Entryway does not add you to marketing lists. Emails about LinkedIn activity, such as a campaign finishing, depend on that activity happening, so they start once sending is switched on for your workspace.
