Your voice

Pick a tone, paste a few examples of your own writing and list anything to avoid. Drafts for posts, comments and messages follow the voice you save. The tone preview is only illustrative; your saved examples matter more. There are three kinds of voice: Each voice keeps a revision history, and you can compare revisions or edit an earlier one as a new draft.

Proof points and claims

A claim is a factual statement you want drafts to be able to use, such as a result, a customer count or a certification. Growth Link keeps every claim tied to the source that supports it.
1

Save the evidence

Add a source with its title, its address if it has one and the relevant excerpt, such as a passage from a case study or report.
2

Propose the exact claim

Write the exact claim wording and choose the supporting sources (up to 20).
3

Have it reviewed

An owner, admin or reviewer approves or rejects the claim against that exact evidence. Facts reach drafts only after a reviewer approves them.
If a supporting source changes later, the claim is marked Evidence changed and needs a fresh review.
Growth Link blocks drafts from going forward with factual claims that are not supported by approved evidence. Code can check that a claim is backed by a source you approved, but it cannot confirm that the source itself is true. You remain responsible for the accuracy of what you approve.

Proof points from your website

When Growth Link reads your website, the brief can suggest Proof points, each with a citation to the page it came from. Treat these as suggestions: open the citation, check the excerpt, and save only what you can stand behind. See Reading your website and sources.
