The brand kit holds the look of your visuals. Visual Studio designs start from it, and videos use its heading font. Open Settings → Brand kit. Everyone in the workspace can view it; owners, admins and operators edit it.

Workspace kit and sender kits

The workspace has one kit. Each connected LinkedIn account uses the workspace kit unless you give it its own, for example for a client brand: choose the account at the top of Brand kit and save. An account with its own kit is marked with a dot, and designs for that account can use it instead of the workspace kit.

Fill in the kit

1

Start from your website (optional)

Under Start from your website, choose Suggest from website read. Entryway suggests a display name, footer text, colours and a logo from the latest website read in your Vault. Review each suggestion; nothing is saved until you save the kit.
2

Identity

A kit name (for you), the Display name and Handle shown on your visuals, Footer text, and images: Logo (light pages), Logo (dark pages) and Headshot. Images are private workspace files (PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 10 MB).
3

Colours

Primary, Accent and Background. The Contrast checks table shows whether text on each colour reaches 4.5:1 and marks each pair Passes or not.
4

Fonts and theme

Choose fonts for Headings and Body text, and a Default theme.
5

Save

Choose Save brand kit. Later saves are Save new revision: every save is kept, and a design keeps the revision it was made with until you change it.
The Preview shows a cover page and a reading page in your brand as you edit.

Fonts

Five fonts are available, all under the SIL Open Font License, so they are free to install and use: PDF exports embed the fonts. PowerPoint exports name them instead, so install them (Visual Studio offers Download the font files) for identical line breaks. If someone else saved the kit while you were editing, Entryway keeps your edits and asks you to reload and compare rather than overwrite their changes.
