Owners and admins manage data in Settings → Data & privacy, also available as Data controls in the workspace menu. Other roles see that the workspace owner manages exports, retention and offboarding.

Export your data

Under Take a copy of your work:
  1. Choose an Export section.
  2. Choose Download section. Each file is JSON and holds up to 5,000 records.
  3. If a section is larger, choose Continue export to download the next file from where the last one stopped.
Exports contain the current records you are allowed to see. System credentials and hosted access links are left out, and private agent conversations and unpublished service work keep their existing permissions. Download uploaded files through their links in the app before deletion begins. You can also export a selection of people from Leads as CSV with Export CSV.

Deletion delay

The Deletion delay is how many days Growth Link waits, after a workspace is closed, before deleting customer text and stored files. Choose between 1 and 90 days; the default is 30. The delay gives you time to export. It does not remove active workspace records by age.

Closing a workspace

Under Close this workspace:
  1. Review the summary of the workspace’s saved data.
  2. Type the workspace’s exact name and confirm that you authorize deletion after the delay.
  3. Once confirmed, future work stops straight away: queued outreach is cancelled and nothing new starts. Sends whose outcome is uncertain are resolved with the provider, never retried.
  4. When the delay ends, workspace content, contacts, messages, Business Vault context, connection details and stored files are deleted or blanked, and any subscription is cancelled. In some cases an owner or admin authorizes the final deletion steps on this page.

What remains after deletion

A small record is kept so that opt-outs keep being honored, billing and tax obligations are met, and it remains clear what happened: record and member identifiers, dates and approval decisions; billing references and provider receipts; opt-out and suppression decisions, with LinkedIn profile addresses and identifiers removed; and the outcomes of actions already carried out. The page lists these before you confirm.
Closing a workspace does not remove posts already published on LinkedIn, your LinkedIn account itself, files you downloaded, or data held by providers under your own accounts. To delete your Growth Link sign-in account, email support@entryway.ai.
