Analytics count only what Entryway recorded: invitations and messages that LinkedIn confirmed, acceptances and replies it reported, and meetings a person confirmed in the Inbox. Rates show only when there is something to divide by; otherwise you see a dash. Nothing is estimated.

Where to find it

  • All campaigns: Activity → Campaign performance lists every sequence with its totals. Choose a sequence to open its analytics.
  • One campaign: open the sequence in Sequences and look at How this sequence is doing.
Choose 7 days, 30 days or 90 days at the top. Days are UTC days. Export CSV downloads the same numbers, and the refresh button reloads them.

What the numbers mean

The sequence view also shows how many people were stopped by a reply and how many were stopped by an opt-out or exclusion.

By step, by sender and by day

  • By step lists every step of the sequence with what was sent, pending or needs review, and its acceptance or reply rate. Steps from an earlier version of the sequence are marked Earlier version.
  • By sender appears when people were sent from more than one account, for example with multiple senders.
  • Daily activity charts each number per day. Choose Show as table for the same data as a table.
  • Profile steps (profile views, follows, withdrawals, InMails sent and InMails skipped) appear once any of those sequence steps has a recorded result. A skipped InMail means the person was not an Open Profile, so nothing was sent.

Comparing message versions

If a step has A/B versions, its row shows each version’s results. Versions are compared only once each has at least 30 sends, using a standard statistical test; until then the row says it is too early. You can also have Entryway send the winner automatically.
Campaign results appear once LinkedIn sending is switched on for your workspace and a campaign has sent something. Before that, the analytics show an empty state, never sample numbers.
