Open Content and select Image & video. Choose Images or Video. Owners, admins and operators can generate images and make videos; other roles can view them.
Image generation and AI voiceover are available once they are enabled for your workspace. Until
then each area says not available yet and why. Videos without a voiceover (captions only) do
not need AI voiceover.
Generate an image
- Under Describe the picture, write what you want (up to 600 characters).
- Choose a Style (Photo, Illustration, Abstract or 3D) and a Shape (Square, Portrait, Vertical or Wide).
- Choose Generate image. The line under the button shows the provider, the model and how many AI credits one image uses.
Generated images are saved privately to your workspace and listed under Generated images. You can also choose Generate image next to Upload file while writing a post to attach one directly.
Requests for real, identifiable people (including yourself or colleagues), logos or trademarks you do not own, and text-heavy images are refused with a suggestion; put words in the post or a Visual Studio layout instead, where they stay editable. The AI provider’s own safety filters also apply.
An owner or admin chooses the Image provider (Google Gemini or OpenAI), the Image model, the Voiceover model (Gemini) and the Default voice, then chooses Save media settings. Entryway never switches provider on its own.
Make a short video
Videos are branded text scenes with captions burned in and an optional AI voiceover. There are no avatars or cloned voices.
- Choose New video, then set the Format: shape (4:5 feed, 1:1 or 9:16 vertical), Motion style, Background and Accent.
- Under Write the script with AI, start From a brief or From a post and choose Write script · 1 credit. Or write the scenes yourself.
- Review every scene: the on-screen headline, a supporting line or list, the narration and captions (read word for word) and its length in seconds. Rewrite this scene · 1 credit changes one scene and leaves the others alone. Figures need an approved claim linked in the scene’s evidence list, or must be removed.
- For a voiceover, choose a Voice and Style. Keep Show “Voiceover: AI” under the captions ticked (recommended). Videos use your workspace brand kit heading font.
- Save, then choose Render and verify.
A video has up to 20 scenes of 2 to 20 seconds each, and runs 15 to 180 seconds in total.
Export in your browser
The MP4 (H.264 video, AAC audio, 30 frames per second) is rendered in your browser, then the server checks the file and stores it privately. When it passes you see Verified MP4 for revision and can Download MP4 or attach the video to a content set. Editing the video replaces the previous render.
Export needs a browser that can encode H.264 video with AAC audio: current Google Chrome or
Microsoft Edge on Windows or macOS, or Safari 17 or later. In other browsers you can still edit,
preview and download captions, but not export. Video export has not yet been checked on every
browser and device, so keep the browser up to date and contact support if export fails.
