If your workspace has more than one connected LinkedIn account, one campaign can share its new people across several of them. Each account still keeps its own limits and working hours; rotation never makes any account send faster.

Add senders to a campaign

  1. Open the sequence in Sequences.
  2. Under Sending as, choose the main account.
  3. Open Rotation (it shows One sender until you add more) and tick the accounts under Also send from. Each account shows Connected or Needs attention.
  4. Save the sequence and send it for review as usual. The approval covers the senders you chose.
The Rotation control appears only when the workspace has at least one other connected account. Owners, admins and operators can change it. Before a rotating campaign can be approved or activated, every account in it must be connected and healthy; an account that needs reconnecting is named, so you can fix it or remove it from the rotation. A rotating campaign writes in a shared or personal voice, not a voice that belongs to one account.

How people are shared

  • Each new person is assigned one sender when they are enrolled and keeps it. Every later step for that person, and any reply, stays in that sender’s conversation.
  • New people are shared by remaining safe capacity. An account with more room left this week (invitations for campaigns that invite, otherwise messages) gets more new people. Work already queued for an account counts against it, so a busy account receives fewer.
  • Existing relationships come first. If a person already has a conversation with, or is owned by, one of the chosen accounts, they go to that account.
  • Nothing is sent early. If every account is at its limit, people are shared evenly and wait for each account’s next allowance window.

Where to see it

  • Campaign analytics has a By sender table for the sequence.
  • The Inbox shows which account each conversation is with.
Each LinkedIn account in a rotation must be connected by an owner or admin and counts toward your plan’s profiles. Do not use several accounts to get around LinkedIn’s limits; see the Acceptable Use Policy.
