# Email notifications

> Which emails Entryway sends, who receives them, and how to turn each kind off.

Entryway sends a small number of emails from **[notifications@email.entryway.ai](mailto:notifications@email.entryway.ai)** to workspace members with a verified email address. You choose which kinds you receive.

## What you can receive

| Email | Sent to | When |
| - | - | - |
| **Review reminders** | Owners, admins and reviewers asked to review (or any of them when no reviewer was named) | A summary when drafts are waiting for your approval. At most one every 4 hours per workspace |
| **Workspace updates** | Owners and admins, plus the person who launched the campaign | A campaign launched or finished, a LinkedIn account paused or disconnected, or a weekly invitation limit reached |
| **Monthly SSI re-check reminder** | People who used the [free SSI check](/tools/ssi-check) and asked for reminders | Once a month, reminding you to check your Social Selling Index again |

Invitations to a workspace and messages about something you asked for are always sent. Billing emails, such as receipts, come from Stripe.

## Turn emails on or off

1. Open any email from Entryway and choose the email preferences link at the bottom.
2. On **Email preferences**, turn each kind on or off under **Emails you receive**. Each change is saved straight away.

Most email apps also show an **Unsubscribe** button, which turns off that kind of email in one click.

The preferences page opens only from a link in one of our emails. To change anything else, email [support@entryway.ai](mailto:support@entryway.ai).

  Entryway does not add you to marketing lists. Emails about LinkedIn activity, such as a campaign
  finishing, depend on that activity happening, so they start once sending is switched on for your
  workspace.
