# Comments and engagement

> Find conversations worth joining, draft thoughtful comments in your voice and approve each one before it posts.

Thoughtful comments put your name in front of the poster's network and keep your profile active between your own posts. Open **Comments** to find posts and prepare comments.

## Finding posts

With a connected LinkedIn account, Entryway can look for relevant posts in three ways:

* **Search by topic**, starting from the audience and offer in your Business Vault
* **Creator lists**: curated lists of people whose posts you want to follow
* **Saved people** from your Leads

Reading posts never drafts, approves or publishes anything. Keyword search and creator reads run only when your account connection has been qualified for them, so some of these options may not be available in your workspace yet.

You can always **Use a post you have**: paste the original LinkedIn post link and its exact text. The post stays beside your comment and is labeled **Pasted by you · not verified** until it has been checked.

## Preparing a batch

Select the posts worth joining and save them as a batch. You then review the batch one post at a time: write a comment yourself, or press **R** to draft it with AI in your saved voice. You can **Skip** a post; any saved draft is kept.

Each comment is saved with two short notes, both required before review:

* **Your useful contribution**: the specific point or question you are adding
* **Why this relationship matters**: why this person or conversation is worth your time

You can ask the agent to make a draft shorter, warmer, end with a question, or end on the point itself. It keeps to what you have shared and does not invent experience, results or facts.

## Approval and posting

* **Request review** sends the exact text to a reviewer. It cannot post until they approve it.
* If you are an owner, admin or reviewer, **Approve** approves this exact text, account and post. Editing it needs a new approval.
* Approval requires a verified original post, not only a pasted one.
* An approved comment posts only after it is scheduled, and only at the scheduled time. Its status shows **Approved — ready to post**, **Approved and scheduled**, **Posted from your account** or **Failed — not posted**.
