# Business Vault

> The saved business context that every post, comment, message and sequence draft starts from.

Your Business Vault holds what your business does, who it helps, how you want to sound and the evidence behind your claims. Entryway uses it for posts, comments, messages and sequences, so drafts start from your real context instead of generic copy.

Open it from **Vault** in the left navigation.

## What goes in the Vault

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Business" icon="building">
    What you do and what you help customers achieve, in plain words. One or two sentences is enough
    to start.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Audience" icon="users">
    The roles or job titles that usually start the conversation, plus industries and locations.
    Campaigns use these job titles and keywords to find people. See
    [Audiences](/campaigns/audiences).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Voice" icon="microphone">
    A tone, examples of your writing and words to avoid. See [Voice and proof points](/vault/voice-and-proof).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Sources and claims" icon="file-lines">
    Pages, files and pasted text you want Entryway to learn from, and the exact claims you can
    back up with them. See [Reading your website and sources](/vault/website-and-sources).
  </Accordion>
</AccordionGroup>

You do not have to complete every section before doing other work. The Vault shows how many sections are complete, and **Guided setup** walks you through them one question at a time. You can choose **Finish later** and pick up where you left off.

## Your edits keep their history

Every save creates a new version. Earlier versions stay in the revision history, and changing the Vault does not rewrite drafts or approvals that already exist. If two people edit the same section, Entryway asks you to compare with the saved version instead of silently overwriting it.

## Who can edit

Owners, admins and operators can edit the Vault. Reviewers can approve or reject claims. Viewers can read it. See [Team and roles](/workspace/team-and-roles).
