# Security, privacy and legal

> How Entryway protects your workspace and LinkedIn account, and where to find our policies.

## Security at a glance

* **Sign-in and access.** Sign-in is handled by Clerk, and every request is checked against your current workspace membership and role. One workspace cannot read another's data.
* **Your LinkedIn password.** Accounts connect through a hosted sign-in. We never see or store your LinkedIn password.
* **Approvals.** Nothing is posted or sent without approval of the exact version, and every action is re-checked before it runs.
* **Encryption.** Connections use HTTPS. AI provider keys saved by a workspace are encrypted before storage and never returned by the app.
* **Payments.** Checkout runs on Stripe's hosted pages, so card details never reach our servers.
* **AI.** Your workspace content is not used to train AI models, and OpenAI requests are sent with response storage turned off.
* **Analytics only with your OK.** PostHog product analytics loads only after you choose **Accept analytics**, and never when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. In the workspace, session replays hide all text, typing and images, and events carry your account and workspace IDs, never your name or email. Change your choice any time from **Privacy choices** at the bottom of the site.
* **Emails.** Invitations, review reminders and workspace updates come from [notifications@email.entryway.ai](mailto:notifications@email.entryway.ai) (sent by Resend). Turn review reminders or workspace updates off with the **Email preferences** link at the bottom of any of those emails. Billing emails come from Stripe.

## Reporting a problem

To report a security vulnerability, misuse or unwanted messages sent through Entryway, email [support@entryway.ai](mailto:support@entryway.ai) with details. Please give us reasonable time to fix a vulnerability before disclosing it, and do not access or change other people's data while testing.
