# Free SSI check

> Check your LinkedIn Social Selling Index and get a practical plan for each of its four pillars.

The free SSI check at [growth.entryway.ai/tools/ssi-check](https://growth.entryway.ai/tools/ssi-check) turns your LinkedIn Social Selling Index into a short, practical plan. You do not need an Entryway account.

## What SSI is

The Social Selling Index (SSI) is a LinkedIn metric that scores your activity from 0 to 100. It is made of four pillars, each scored from 0 to 25:

| Pillar | What it is about |
| - | - |
| **Establish your professional brand** | How complete and clear your profile is, and whether you share things worth reading |
| **Find the right people** | How well you find and connect with the people who could buy from you |
| **Engage with insights** | How often you take part in useful conversations, in posts and in comments |
| **Build relationships** | How you build and keep relationships with the people in your network |

Only you can see your own SSI, on LinkedIn's SSI page while you are signed in.

## How to use the check

    The check links to LinkedIn's SSI page. Open it while signed in to LinkedIn. You will see your
    total score and the four pillar numbers beside it.

    Enter each pillar score from 0 to 25. Entryway never reads your score from LinkedIn; it uses
    only the numbers you type.

  <Step title="Read your plan">
    The plan starts with the pillars that need the most attention and lists concrete things to try,
    with no promised outcomes or shortcuts.

## Saving your plan

You can save your numbers with your email address, and optionally your name and LinkedIn profile address. We email you the plan right away and, only if you tick the box, a monthly reminder to check again. Every reminder has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing [support@entryway.ai](mailto:support@entryway.ai).
