# Frequently asked questions

  <Accordion title="Will my LinkedIn account get banned?">
    No tool can honestly promise that LinkedIn will never warn or restrict an account, and we don't.
    Entryway keeps the risk low with conservative daily and weekly limits, a warm-up for new accounts,
    random spacing within working hours, reply-stop and an automatic pause when LinkedIn pushes back.

  <Accordion title="What limits does Entryway use?">
    By default, up to 75 invitations a day and 200 in any rolling 7 days (150 on a free LinkedIn
    account), 100 messages a day and 100 profile views a day, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM in the
    workspace time zone. Every limit is at or below the published recommendations, and you can lower

  <Accordion title="Is LinkedIn automation against LinkedIn's terms?">
    LinkedIn's User Agreement does not allow unauthorized automation, and LinkedIn has not authorized
    Entryway, so using it carries some risk of a warning or temporary restriction. You decide whether
    to accept that risk and remain responsible for your account. See

  <Accordion title="Will anything be sent without my approval?">
    No. Every post, comment, message and sequence needs approval of the exact version by an owner,
    admin or reviewer, and any change needs a new approval. AI can only propose drafts.

  <Accordion title="Do I need to connect LinkedIn to try Entryway?">
    No. During the seven-day preview you can build your Business Vault, write and save drafts, import
    a CSV and build sequences without connecting LinkedIn. Connecting an account needs a paid plan.

  <Accordion title="Who writes my posts and messages on the managed service?">
    Our team, working from your Business Vault: your offer, audience, voice and the claims you can
    back up. We use AI to draft and people to edit. You see the final words and approve them before
    anything is posted or sent.

  <Accordion title="Does Entryway reply to my prospects with AI?">
    No. Inbox replies are written by people. There are no AI replies or AI conversation summaries.

  <Accordion title="Does Entryway score my prospects?">
    No. Entryway keeps where each person came from and your own written reason for including them,
    not an AI fit score.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I send InMail or email from a sequence?">
    Not yet. Sequences send LinkedIn invitations and messages.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How many people can be in one campaign?">
    Up to 1,000. LinkedIn shows at most 1,000 people per search, or 2,500 with Sales Navigator, so
    split larger audiences into several searches and campaigns.

  <Accordion title="What results should I expect?">
    We do not promise a number of leads or meetings. Reporting keeps activity, replies and genuinely
    interested conversations separate, so you can judge the results plainly.

  <Accordion title="How does quarterly billing work for the managed service?">
    Growth is $997 a month per LinkedIn profile, billed as $2,991 upfront every quarter. It renews
    automatically each quarter until you cancel with at least 30 days' notice before the renewal

  <Accordion title="Can I use my own OpenAI or Gemini key?">
    Yes, once secure key storage is set up for your workspace. An owner or admin saves the key in
    **Settings → AI providers**. See
