# Welcome to Growth Link

> What Growth Link is, how the software and the done-for-you service fit together, and where to start.

Growth Link helps you start more sales conversations on LinkedIn. It keeps your business context, your prospects, your outreach sequences, your posts and comments, and your replies in one workspace, and nothing goes out without a person approving it.

You can use Growth Link in two ways:

## How Growth Link works

* **AI proposes, people decide.** AI can draft posts, comments, messages and sequences from your Business Vault. Every draft is yours to edit, and nothing is posted or sent until someone with the right role approves the exact version.
* **Safe pacing is built in.** Every connected LinkedIn account works within conservative daily and weekly limits, during working hours, with random spacing between actions. See [LinkedIn limits](/safety/linkedin-limits).
* **Replies stop follow-ups.** When someone replies or opts out, their queued follow-ups stop. See [Approvals and stops](/safety/approvals-and-stops).
* **No invented numbers.** Reports show what actually happened. Growth Link does not make up metrics, prospect scores or AI replies to your inbox.
