# Quickstart

> From sign-up to your first campaign: choose a goal, describe your business, connect LinkedIn on a paid plan and build a campaign.

This guide follows the path most people take when they want to reach new prospects. You can do things in a different order: every part of Entryway stays open, and you do not need a finished Vault or a lead list to write a post.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Sign in and create your workspace">
    Go to [growth.entryway.ai/app](https://growth.entryway.ai/app) and sign in. If you do not
    belong to a workspace yet, give your new workspace a name. Your work, members and settings live
    in that workspace.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Pick what you want to do first">
    Guided setup asks what you want to start with:

    * **Post more consistently**
    * **Find and contact prospects**
    * **Comment on relevant posts**
    * **Entryway runs it for me** (the [managed service](/get-started/managed-service))

    Your choice only decides which short questions come next. You can skip setup and come back later.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Describe your business">
    Depending on your goal, setup asks what your business does and the job titles you usually want
    to reach. Campaigns also open with a short **Confirm your business** screen. You can paste your
    website address so Entryway reads your site for you (see
    [Reading your website](/vault/website-and-sources)). Your answers are saved in your
    [Business Vault](/vault/overview), where you can refine them at any time.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Start a campaign">
    Open **Leads** and choose **Find your first prospects**, or open **Sequences** and choose
    **New campaign**. The campaign flow has five stages: **Business**, **Plan**, **Connect**,
    **Search & build** and **Launch**. See [Campaigns overview](/campaigns/overview).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose a plan and connect LinkedIn">
    Connecting a LinkedIn account needs a paid plan. When you reach the **Connect** stage, choose a
    plan, complete Stripe's secure checkout and come back to connect your account through the hosted
    LinkedIn sign-in. Entryway never sees your LinkedIn password. See
    [Plans and billing](/get-started/plans-and-billing) and
    [LinkedIn accounts](/workspace/linkedin-accounts).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Build, check and launch">
    In **Search & build**, Entryway finds people who match your audience on your own LinkedIn
    account and builds the campaign's sequence. Review the messages, run the
    [launch checks](/campaigns/launch-checks), approve the messages and press **Launch now**.
    Nothing is sent before that.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Before you pay: the preview

A new workspace includes a seven-day preview with 10 AI drafting credits. During the preview you can save your Business Vault, write and save drafts, import contacts from a CSV file and build sequences. The preview does not connect a LinkedIn account, does not send anything and never charges you automatically.

<Note>
  Sending from Entryway is switched on for each workspace once its LinkedIn account has been
  checked. If your launch checks say **sending is not switched on yet**, your campaign is saved and
  nothing will send until it is. Email [support@entryway.ai](mailto:support@entryway.ai) if you
  have questions.
