# Plans and billing

> Software plans, the managed Growth service, add-ons, renewal, cancellation and refunds.

All prices are in US dollars, exclude taxes and apply per LinkedIn profile unless stated otherwise. Payments are handled by Stripe; Entryway never sees or stores your card details.

## Software plans (run it yourself)

Software plans are billed monthly in advance.

On Team and Agency you can add more LinkedIn profiles for **\$69/mo** each.

AI drafting credits are used when you ask AI to draft or rewrite something, such as a post, a comment, a sequence or your business brief. Writing and editing your own words never uses credits.

## Managed Growth (done for you)

**$997 per month per LinkedIn profile, billed quarterly as $2,991 upfront.** Our team runs your LinkedIn program in your workspace: targeted lead lists, connection requests and follow-up messages, content writing, design and publishing, interested-reply handoff, simple campaign reporting and monthly strategy calls. ## Buying a plan

An owner or admin buys a plan in **Settings → Billing**, or from the plan choice that appears when a campaign reaches the **Connect** stage. Checkout runs on Stripe's secure hosted page. Your plan becomes active once Stripe confirms the subscription, not when the browser returns from checkout, so it can take a moment to show as active.

To update your card or see invoices, open **Settings → Billing → Payment method & invoices** and choose **Update card or view invoices**. This opens the Stripe billing portal.

## Renewal and cancellation

    * Renew every month until cancelled.
    * Cancel any time, with no notice period, in **Settings → Billing → Cancel plan** or by
      emailing [support@entryway.ai](mailto:support@entryway.ai).
    * Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for.

    * Renews automatically at the start of each quarter and is billed in advance for the next
      quarter. We email a reminder before each renewal.
    * To cancel, give written notice **at least 30 days before your quarterly renewal date** in
      **Settings → Billing → Cancel plan**, which shows the exact end date before you confirm, or by
      emailing [support@entryway.ai](mailto:support@entryway.ai).
    * If your notice arrives at least 30 days before renewal, the plan ends on that renewal date.
      If it arrives later, the plan renews for one more quarter, billed as usual, and ends at the
      end of that quarter.
    * Add-ons billed with the managed plan follow the same notice.
    * Service continues until the plan ends, and you can choose **Keep my plan** before then to
      withdraw the cancellation.
    * The managed plan is cancelled in Entryway Settings, not in the Stripe portal.

Only a workspace owner or admin can buy or cancel a plan.

## Refunds

Fees are non-refundable. There are no refunds or credits for partial periods, including after a cancellation, except where the law requires it. Profile optimization (\$97 one-time) is non-refundable once purchased.

## Failed payments

Payments are charged to the payment method on file. If a payment fails, we will tell you and may pause the service until it is paid. Your drafts, leads, sequences and Business Vault stay saved.
