# The managed Growth service

> What happens when Entryway runs your LinkedIn outreach and content for you, and what we need from you.

With the managed Growth service, our team runs your LinkedIn program inside an Entryway workspace that you can see. You review the work, answer the interested replies, and we keep it moving.

## What is included

* Targeted lead lists, built around one ideal buyer profile agreed with you
* Connection requests and follow-up messages, with follow-ups stopping the moment someone replies
* Content writing, design and publishing
* Interested-reply handoff to you
* Simple campaign reporting
* Monthly strategy calls

## How it works

    We start with a kickoff interview to capture your offer, your audience and your voice. If you
    chose **Entryway runs it for me** during setup, your intake answers are already saved in your
    [Business Vault](/vault/overview), and you can add more before the call.

    Our team drafts with AI and edits by hand, working from your Business Vault. Once a week you
    review a batch of work. Nothing is posted or sent until you approve the final words.

  <Step title="Replies and strategy">
    You answer the replies you choose to answer. We meet monthly to review what happened and agree
    what comes next.

## What we do not promise

We do not promise a number of leads, replies or meetings. We commit to the work: agreed lists, messages and posts, delivered on schedule. Reporting keeps activity, replies and genuinely interested conversations separate, so you can judge the results plainly.

## Pausing

Tell us and we stop. Because nothing goes out without your approval, outreach and posting can pause right away. How a pause affects your billing quarter is set out in your agreement.
