# Launch checks

> What Entryway checks before a campaign can send, what each result means and how to fix it.

Before anything can send, the **Launch** stage runs a preflight called **Checking everything before anything can send**. It reads your saved campaign and shows each check as **Passed**, **Needs you** or **Blocked**. Choose **Check again** after fixing something.

## The checks

| Check | Passes when | If it does not pass |
| - | - | - |
| **Sequence is valid** | Every path ends, messages have the facts they need, and at least one person can be contacted | Review the messages and fill in missing details. If nobody on the list can be contacted, everyone was excluded or stopped. If it says the final step needs reply checks that are not available yet, change the final step |
| **Messages approved** | An owner, admin or reviewer approved this exact version | Review the first messages and choose **Approve messages for N people** |
| **Daily limits and working hours set** | The sending account has its limits and working hours in place | Set working hours in **Settings → LinkedIn accounts → Limits & hours**, or connect an account |
| **LinkedIn sender connected** | The sending account is connected and healthy | Reconnect and resume your LinkedIn account in **Settings → LinkedIn accounts** |
| **Exclusions and stop list checked** | Exclusions, opt-outs and your stop list were applied | Shows how many people were skipped. If people need a verified LinkedIn identity, they cannot be sent to until they have one |
| **Plan active** | Your plan allows sending | Choose a plan. Your campaign stays saved |

## Approving the messages

When **Messages approved** needs you, the first messages appear for a few people in the audience, rendered with their real names and details. Choose **Edit in Sequences** to change anything, or approve them. Only owners, admins and reviewers can approve. Changing the messages, sender or audience afterwards needs a new approval.

## Launching

When every check passes, the button **Launch now** becomes available. Owners, admins and operators can launch. Once launched, you see **Your campaign is live** with the number of people enrolled.

After launch:

* Sending follows the account's daily limits and working hours. See [LinkedIn limits](/safety/linkedin-limits).
* Any reply stops the sequence for that person.
* **Open Sequences** to follow progress, or **Open Inbox** to see replies.

  If you see **Checked and saved · sending is not switched on yet**, your campaign passed every
  check but sending from Entryway has not been switched on for your workspace. Nothing will
  send until it is. Contact [support@entryway.ai](mailto:support@entryway.ai) to ask about your
  workspace.

  If the account has reached its weekly invitation limit, the launch screen shows the date
  invitations resume.
